Comfortable bed, lights for individuals not disturbing others who were sleeping.
Place to brush and eat breakfast was the same! Bathrooms were not so great. Breakfast is namesake, they just give bread, toast, 3-in-1 coffee packets and some peanut butter.

The location is just wonderful. The hotel is just opposite with Clarke Quay where you can find many nice and fantastic bars like " Highlander - live music and DJ performance", Rebel connected with Arika( famous bars with very nice music). Not worry about how to get home when getting drunk, just need to across the street...Amazaing locaton for those travellers who want to travel with limited budget. The room is very clean and comfort with the installed reading - light on the wall
What made me not really like about the hotel is SERICE BEHAVIORS from the reception staffs, only the female reception who checked us in on 1st Oct, she is nice and friendly, know to smile when interacting with guests. The rest of male receptionists whom we have met is just not nice & kind to guests, the worst man is the night shift receptionist whose hair is dyed with yellow colour and has black skin - the person who all of us really don't like because of his behaviour, the way he answered us when being asked, he really don't want to assist guest at all. I wonder why he is working for hospitality industrial till now? The second thing is we stayed together with the hotel's staff who showed us our room on the first day. We always get out of the room late and get back late. We get back home already around 20:30pm and the staff slept already, we need to take our stuffs, then we turned on the light...after few minutes, he stood up angrily and turned off the light in front of sixth of us without saying anything.....OMG!How polite the hotel staff is!

I liked the location of the hostel as it was very near the Clarke Quay station. It was also near Gate 4 of the Singapore Grand Prix, so I just had to walk back after it ended late. The staff are friendly and helpful, and always ready for service. The rooms are tidy and well-maintained. Above all those, the shared showers and toilets were always clean and smelled good. The hostel really gives great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here.

I liked staying here. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. I met great people here who shared my interest in traveling.
The only thing I didn't like was that someone in my room had money stolen from her. (Just some of her money as some professionals are known to do so as not to be obvious.) This was surprising, as all the people who stayed in the room appeared to be really excellent people. Be sure to be careful about your money and belongings. There may just be one bad apple around...

Extremely good location located in the center of city. Cross the road, will find Clark quay MRT and riverside, very pack and crowed. Love it.. Worth of value of money, as toasts provided with variety of jam, free Wi-Fi in the entire of the hostel
If only the staff more friendly and helpful. For example when they see us carrying our luggage, they should offer to help. And towel should be on compliment like backpacker hostel in Chinatown.
